This is a happy update because……..

I AM GRADUATING IN APPROXIMATELY TWO WEEKS!! :D

My exit exam is in one week. Currently, I am finishing up a concept map, and I have a few easy-peasy assignments to do. I have been working towards this goal for about 7.5 years now. I went from school to school struggling to just get onto waiting lists for prerequisites, but I am here. I will have my BSN. My pinning ceremony is in the February and I am just ecstatic right now.

After I finish up all my hw, I start prepping for my exit exam (ATI), and also prepping for the nclex which I hope to be taking Mid-February to end of February. It’s all coming together!

OH! and my preceptorship in the ICU went amazing :) I learned so much, and it has officially confirmed to me that I am going to be a critical care nurse of some sort. All my goals for that career are packed away neatly in my professional portfolio that I turned into today too! AAAAAH! I’m sorry I’m so hyper I just can’t believe it. All my hard work is paying off. :D

Okay, gotta get back to work, but if you read this and you’re having doubts about nursing school. Just know that is completely worth it, and even though it’s so hard to get into a program and finish it, it’s possible with hard work and perseverance.
